It's all rather embarrassing and making his life very complicated. Excellent story seen from Harry's pov. Complete.

Someone he has tried to forget from his past is pushed back into his world and he suddenly finds everything changing. Very enjoyable and well written post epilogue story with no Ginny bashing, which is a big plus point in its favour, and lovely characterisations of an older Draco, Harry and his friends. Complete.

Trouble is, Draco’s mate is locked in a tower 30,000 miles away in a different dimension. One nobody believes exists. Poor formatting initially made this difficult to read, the author sorted that out, but unfortunately the story still remains somewhat dense and unclear.
  
• Carry On My Wayward Son by ArtemisEmerald AU after book 5! Harry's having a rough summer. Betrayel, new friends, a new love, and a new, unexpected heritage arises. Written in first person, Harry's pov. This is interesting, but I feel that Harry's reaction to his change is too laid back and muted.
• Catalyst by Dracavia There were moments when Draco Malfoy wondered what he was thinking when he took up the position as Hogwarts Potions Master. This was going to be the longest two weeks of his life. He was certain of it. Interesting and fun. Complete
• Centaur Childer by Inferior Being Hagrid refuses to leave Harry with 'those' muggles, but there is an accident when bringing Harry to Hogwarts which results in Harry being raised by Centaurs. Another original story by this author, but again her Harry is not the Harry I love, he's somewhat cold, uncaring and indifferent, particularly of 'humans' and I really don't care for or about him.
• Changes on the Horizon by Natura. Harry's turning 17, and a few things about his family history have been revealed. I don't like the OCs, plus they're far too prominent while every else seems very OOC.
• # Changeling by Draeconin Harry's a changeling. Short and funny. Complete
• Chimera by Lethe Albion. There are things better unknown. Science shall mingle with magic, creating a most extraordinary creature not even Harry Potter could resist. Interesting start. Last update March 06
• Chimera Luck by Kalisin or here. To Harry, this year was just turning out as strange as the last. unfortunantely, he didn't realize how strange. Both Harry and Draco are changed into chimeras, creatures of immense power. The story is quite interesting, but Harry and Draco fall into each others arms a little too quickly. Complete
• # Corruption by Beren. Voldemort has captured Harry and for his own twisted reasons has chosen not to kill him outright. Revenge in the Dark Lord's mind requires a fate worse than death and Harry is about to find out what that is. Harry is corrupted with the essence of a number of dark creatures. This is a very good story as are the two sequels and is well worth reading. Carvedwood has written an authorised companion piece # Draco's Story: Corruption and it is both well written and similar in style to Beren's original story. Complete

• Death Waits For No Hero by tyger666 Harry wakes up after being dead for two weeks. He isn't alive, but he isn't dead, and he has no idea what happened to him. Original, but Harry seems very OOC as well as heading in the direction of being evil.
  
• Demon Child by SunStar Kitsune Harry has been changing, and has started to doubt his humanity. what is he? what is he hearing? and why have peole come to him? what do they seek? dive in this and realise this Child's true powers, that of a Demon Child I gave up on this halfway through the first chapter. I believe it is a crossover with Inuyasha, apparently an anime/manga show, and that, coupled with the numerous misspellings and incorrect word use, makes it confusing as hell to the uninitiated.
  
• Demon Rising by Inferior Being In his second most brilliant plot to date, Lord Voldemort decides to take matters into his own hands and forcefully mold Harry Potter from an enemy to an ally. With no memory of his life before his transformation, Harry asks for only one thing Interesting story so far. Harry is made into a mixture of dark creatures. However, as he has no memory of himself and doesn't act in any way like the Harry we know I found it difficult to care about him and wanted some sign that the real Harry was still there buried deep.
  
• Demon Spawn by Draeconin. Demons are among us! Harry's a Demon spawn, and Draco is cursed. This is a well written story. However, Harry seemed somewhat OOC and a little too nonchalant about his 'change' and a little too in control - I'm rather fond of the Harry who kind of staggers from one mishap to another - so I feel somewhat distanced from him. It also finishes somewhat abruptly. Complete
  
• Destiny's Child by drarrysev. Harry is help prisoner where he suffers both pleasure and pain. When he escapes and returns to Hogwarts he suffers as he tries to recover from his ordeal. Secrets are discovered. Choices are made. Will Harry recover and accept his destiny? Or will he fall into darkness?Different and quite interesting, but looks as if it's been abandoned since it was last updated in June 04.
  
• Derivations by hide-N-seeker. The average secret hides a trivial, average matter from the knowledge of others. Harry has always been surrounded by secrets...but, Harry has never been average. This is interesting, original, well written, and intriguing. Certainly worth a read so far. Last update March 06

This sort of fits in here, Harry is definitely very powerful and more than human. It's only when his powerful facade cracks a little that I get any feel of the Harry Potter of the books. Complete

Everyone acts totally OOC, Draco gets as emasculated as it is possible to be, and everything happens too easily and without reasonable explanation. Suffice it to say that feminised Draco, or hermaphrodite Draco, is just not my cup of tea. Complete

What exactly is a Shiverin, and what does Draco have to do with it. • Harry Potter and the Twist of Life by avangeline twist on Severitus Snape is Harry's father, unfortunately this Harry is different he is done with Dumbledore's games so with his father and other unlikely allies he will fight for the right to have his own life. I find stories that attempt to portray Snape as Harry's father totally unbelievable from the start, but otherwise this is a pretty standard start for the genre. Complete

Mpreg, rather OCC for both Harry and Draco, evil Ron and Ginny, and otherwise somewhat too saccharine for my tastes. Complete and a sequel Hybrid Legacy Four years after he defeated Voldemort, Harry starts receiving letters from old enemies. Now he must try to keep his family safe while apprehending the villains. Somewhat too sugary for my tastes. Complete.
  
• I Will Have You! by tonihly Draco Malfoy meets a beautiful black haired boy in Madam Malkins and is unable to take his eyes off him. Will they gain a new friendship? Will it progress to something more? Draco also comes into his inheritage this year. Of what though? Quite interesting.
  
• If Only I Could by janealpha Draco had tried to be a good husband and he'd tried ever so hard to fall in love. (Aswang) Painful and sad and a reflection on choice within what is essentially an arranged marriage. Complete
• In the Forests of The Night by canis lupus03 Voldemort's revenge. His death triggered a curse that affects everyone who uses magic. Wizards are slowly beginning to take on creature characteristics, and every spell cast advances the curse for the caster. (Animalistic Humanoid) Original and clever, an interesting read. Complete
• Incubus Anxieties by daemonfamiliar or here Draco Malfoy finds out that he is an incubus at the same time Harry Potter finally gets up the nerve to reveal that he likes him as more than a friend. How can Harry find out what's going on and convince Draco that his feelings for him are real, not the result of the incubus' allure, in time to save Draco from himself? Quite interesting, even if I do find the idea of Draco with earrings and t shirts with band names on somewhat OOC! - now been edited and the piercings have gone! *g*. Complete Incubus Drabbles is a sort of prequel
  
• # Indago by LdDurham A missed potion reveals a secret about Draco and Snape. They are part of a rare species and they have sniffed out Harry as one of their own. Can Harry stand up to the two violent, animalistic, and sexually charged Slytherins? I'm not fond of D/s stories and found Harry's extreme submissiveness (innate), to a well characterised bastard Draco, and, a trying to be in control of his aggression and anger, Snape, downright uncomfortable to read, particularly at the beginning. This is, however, well written and does show Harry's internal angst and subdued anger at the unfairness of the situation he find himself stuck in, plus as it progresses it evolves into a love story that somehow manages to keep pretty well in character for both Harry and Draco. Certainly worth a read, especially for the later chapters. Complete. This is a good read despite my reservations. Indago Reborn is the sequel, another well written, but slightly uncomfortable read with mpreg thrown in to the mix. Complete. Indago 3 continues the story and introduces us to Harry and Draco's children.

When both Harry and Draco turn out to hold the strain in their blood it poses some problems for the owners and for the boys. Not to my taste as somewhat angsty and OOC, but I was impressed with the last chapter. Complete

Enjoyable fic (that begs both a prequel and sequel) particularly if you like a manipulative, possessive Draco and a angry trapped Harry fighting Draco's charms. :-) Complete

• Mischief Managed by Malfoy Menace. Harry starts feeling odd sensations. his first thought it voldemort.. but the feeling is good, so it cant be. what is it? or who is it? Draco finds something that Harry needs badly, and he knows it. how will it all play out? I tend to avoid fanfic that boldly states it is Dracocentric as I get highly irritated by stories that paint Draco as whiter than white and lambaste Harry for failing to understand Draco's 'innate goodness' *g*. I needn't have worried with this one as Draco is his canon self, mean, nasty, spiteful and manipulative. He does, however show some redeeming characteristics such as immense loyalty to family and friends and courage in the face of adversity. Harry is beautifully depicted and characterised even as seen through Draco's eyes. The writing is good and well crafted and the history KC provides for the purebloods/dark wizards is fascinating. The magical creature element of the story takes time to develop, but is an important part of the story. All in all this is an excellent read. Complete

• Splantine by Diamond Enchantress After-the-war-AU Can Harry help restore Draco to his old cocky sub-human self? Can Draco find the love he has dreamed of all his life. The story would be more interesting if the emphasis was less on the humiliations of this changed Draco's slavery and more on Harry fighting the ministry and working to return Draco to his sneering, haughty self! Could also do with a good beta.
  
• The Book of Lost Things by Aneira Gabriel had everything. Perfect looks, wealth, talent and power. The perfect life, or so Draco believes. But little does he know, that the innocent Gabriel's life is far from what he thought. Not that his own is a piece of cake when he's the demon heir. Fascinating beginning.

But most of all, he wants to know why him. I don't think this author has written anything I've not enjoyed and this work is excellent. It's a one shot, long, involving, fascinating and often poetic. I love her characterisations and I enjoy her take on the wizarding world and the mysteries of the magical creatures beyond its borders. Do go and read. Complete

While the Dementors are no longer there, the residue of their magic is thick enough to stir dormant genes in Draco. The desperation and unhappiness that the Dementors' residue invoke not only trigger a trait to life, in its attempt to save its human the creature takes over the control from its human. When out of Azkaban, the human manages to gain control back, but the creature is now there, demanding the fulfilling of its needs. Well written, original and interesting. Complete

After catching Weasley with another man, Harry runs off into the Dragon Preserve. Too bad for him there's a diseased dragon loose; Harry's bitten and the diseased venom changes him into a weredragon, capable of breathing fire. Trying to find someplace to hide, Harry returns home and collapses in front of the Leaky Cauldron, at Draco Malfoy's feet. Different and quite amusing. Complete

During the summer he finds himself turned into a wolf demon and not just any wolf demon either. His is a submissive one and in need of finding his dominate. Just who might his dominant be? Someone's going to have to explain to me why people write slash, yet immediately depict one of the boys/men as a slight, feminine 'submissive' rather than the strong, brave decisive boy/man of canon! This need a good beta as there is far too much word misuse for a start. Otherwise a pretty run of the mill creature fic.
